Welcome to the Website representing our beautiful Hernando Beach South neighborhood.
We the Property Owners' Association want to facilitate communication between our members, friends and visitors.

Hernando Beach South Property Owners Association recently built a new bulletin board. The project overcame several hurdles until its completion, and now the volunteers of the association are delighted with Ocke Bartels of Ocke Masonry, who designed and built the bulletin Board. Such a building has specific significance for this neighborhood, since the deed restrictions do not allow any kind of signs. All homes and lots for sale are listed there in one place together with a street map. Glory Westerberg needs to be contacted if new items need to be displayed on the Board, she is taking care of the associations Bulletin Board for many years.  In the picture are from left to right HBSPOA President Bill Persons, Brigitte Haag, Tom Westerberg, Ted O'Grady, Glory Westerberg, Jim Garrett, Mike Prescot, Klaus Haag and Terry O'Grady.
