The Hernando Beach Boat Lift
allows Hernando Beach residents living along fresh water canals access
to the canals with direct Gulf access for their boats.

You can get a key from one of the officers of the HBBI Corp providing that you prove that you own property on the indirect access side of HB.

To understand how to use it you need to contact one of the officers and have them demonstrate the mechanics of the lift by taking you across in your boat.
