From the beginning of October, 2005, through the end of January, 2006, a total of 7 vacant lots and 3 homes have been sold. Average selling price of the vacant lots was approximately $183,000 (slightly less than the average for the same time period last year), and average price for the homes was about $470,000. Seven new homes are currently under construction.
